WHO WE ARE
New to the Blues scene, this trio set out to recreate the hot sweaty blues dance club vibe of the 50s, 60s and 70s when there was only one thing on everyone’s mind: to get lost in the music.
The HI Players hold a romantic view of the old days when the band heated up the stage, and the patrons heated up the dance floor. Together they take off on a journey to forget the weight of the work week, bills, the government, and love gone bad.
It’s a broken hearted blues love story with a great ending, full of memories of that night when you just cut loose, danced, listened, and found yourself living in the now.
